Thank you for your interest in staying a the Barefoot Pelican Condominiums.
All Renters are required to submit an application for Manager approval at least 5 business days before arriving. Failure to do so could void your stay.
All renters are required:
- BFP Rental Application
- Receive approval from the Manager
- Pay $100.00 Application Fee

Your owner/agent should supply you with a current copy of BFP Rules and Regulations.
Rentals are limited to:
- Minimum 30 days during January, February March
- Minimum 7 days during April thru December 31
- Maximum 1 year
- All rentals need to comply with Florida State Statute 125.0104 and the Collier County Tourist Development Tax ordinance and Florida State Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
Please be aware some important Rules before starting your application. - All guest and vehicles must be registered before parking.
- No Pets are permitted.
- Parking is limited to one car per rental and you must park in the spot for the unit you are renting.
- No trucks, campers, RVs, motorcycles or trailers of any kind are allowed on property at any time.
- We have limited handicap spaces and they are available on a first come first serve basis.
- No more than 6 occupants per rental.
By filing out this document you agree to be bound by the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Barefoot Pelican Condominium Association.
